2. WHAT WE DO

Muscle App is a fitness platform that lets athletes track workouts, nutrition, and progress, and lets independent trainers publish a professional profile and offer coaching plans. We provide the technology platform; the coaching itself is provided by the trainers, who are independent professionals. The conditions of use are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The software, design, brand, and content published by us are owned by the owner named above or used under licence. Content you upload remains yours; by publishing it on the platform you grant us the licence needed to display and deliver the Services, as described in the Terms.

4. USER AND TRAINER CONTENT

Posts, comments, training plans, and profiles are created by users. We do not review them before publication, and we are not responsible for content that is not ours. If you find content that infringes your rights or breaks our rules, write to legal@muscleapp.fit and we will act on it.

5. EXTERNAL LINKS

The Services may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

6. PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

How we process your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.
